Over the last 15 years DM Hospitals has emerged as the most preferred healthcare destination for critically ill patients not only from Kolkata but all the districts of West Bengal and neighbouring states and country Bangladesh. Since it’s inception in 2007,DM hospitals, established comprehensive Kidney Care facility which included Clinical Nephrology, all modalities of Dialysis including Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis(CAPD), Critical care nephrology, preventive nephrology and Kidney Transplantation. The Haemodialysis facility at DM Hospitals is one of the largest dialysis Centers not only in Kolkata but in entire state of West Bengal. We are one of the few hospitals in Eastern India to have facilities for Kidney Transplantation. The experience in treating most complicated patients in medicine led us in developing the Critical Care facility with every patient bed in DM Hospitals can be converted into Critical Care bed with Multipara Monitors, Artificial Ventilation (both invasive Ventilator and Non Invasive Ventilator) bedside Dialysis facility for critically ill patients like SLED, CRRT, Haemofiltration and Haemodiafiltration, thus reducing the the precious time in initiating emergency care for these patients.
